Organise your records after a problem

A difficult experience can leave you with scattered screenshots, receipts and messages. Bringing them together is a useful first step.

  1. Write a timeline. Record what happened, when you noticed it and whom you contacted.
  2. Keep original records. Save your booking, relevant messages, photos and receipts in one folder.
  3. State the problem clearly. Describe what happened and the resolution you are requesting. Keep your messages factual.

A refund depends on the circumstances and applicable policies. A template cannot guarantee a refund or a successful dispute.

In the planned Recovery Kit
